Cannot track or view activities of users from other departments in the system.
Cannot assign employees or change access rights to the system.
User. Can only access users from their department and edit their own information.

You can increase or decrease the employee's paid annual leave until the end of the current year.
This is not the remaining leave days, but the total number of leave days for the current year. The number you enter will not affect the number of leave days for other employees.
This option is provided in case there is a need for some kind of compensation or something else related to your company's policy.
This will not change the paid annual leave days
in the system settings. If all your employees have 20 days of paid annual leave, that will remain the same, but if a specific employee needs
their annual leave to be increased or decreased, you can do so here. This number will not be valid for the following year.
You can edit the information for each added user. This is allowed only for the Administrator and Department Coordinator.
This is done by clicking on the pencil icon in the user list.
You can log into the system as your employee if necessary and perform the required actions on their behalf.

Bulk user addition

You can add multiple employees from a text file, following a specific format:
1.Each employee's data should be on a new line.
2.Each line should look like this:
Username, E-mail, Paid annual leave days, Department, Position, Access rights.
Important: ( Department, Position, Access rights ) must be the corresponding valid names in the system.
3. If there is a line in your list that does not meet these conditions, the process will not complete successfully. Not a single user from the list will be added.
It is possible that the process of adding employees may take some time.
Important: The list cannot contain more than 50 users.
If necessary, you can create several lists and upload them separately.
There are no restrictions on the number and names of the departments you can enter.
They can be diverse:
Deliveries, Marketing, Production, Audit, etc.
You can edit the departments by clicking on the pencil icon in the department list

They can be diverse:
Manager, Analyst, Designer, Project Manager, General Worker, etc.
In combination with company departments, the employee's role can be better defined. For example: Sales Manager, or General Worker in Production, etc.
You can edit the company positions by clicking on the pencil icon in the positions list
Each year, you need to manually enter the official holidays for your country. Select the days from the calendar and click "Save changes". This is all that needs to be done for official holidays. They will be taken into account when your employees request leave and will be shown as non-working days. They will not be included in the paid annual leave days if they fall within the leave period.
