medicines, clothes, spare parts, etc.
The structure of the company is described below, along with the departments and the required specialties for each department.
It is then explained how the system can be organized to match the company's structure.
The number of employees is not important.

Organizing positions in the xTimeTo system
Different positions in the company can be classified as:
- Manager

These are the main positions that need to be entered into the system. Combined with the department names, it specifies what role each employee holds. For example:
- A Manager in the "Product Development" department automatically means "Product Development Manager".
- A Logistics Specialist clearly belongs to the "Supply Chain Management" department.
Entering employees into xTimeTo
For the xTimeTo leave and task management system to function according to the company’s organization, the following must be entered as described:
- 10 departments, as listed above
- 7 positions
Employee data is added as follows:
- First and last name
- Department
- Position
- Employee rights in the system
Any department, position, or employee entered can be edited or deleted without compromising the integrity of the data in the system.
Once the information is entered, your employees will be able to:
- Request different types of leave
- Receive leave approvals
- Track who is present at work or working from home
- Create tasks and teams to execute them
