How can you request leave?
You can request your leave here. (to follow the link, you must be logged into the system)
First, you need to select the type of leave you want from the dropdown menu.
Once you select the type of leave you wish to take, the number of leave days available to you will be displayed.
From here, you can choose whether you want to request home office. The home office is not leave, but it’s good to be able to schedule these days.
Select the desired days from the calendar and click the "Submit for Approval" button.
This button is not visible if no leave days are selected. This way, you submit a leave request.
If you select days before the current date, the system will reject your leave request, as those days have already passed.
When your managers approve the leave request, your leave is recorded in the system. You will receive a notification email.
If the leave is not approved, it will be shown in a lighter color. When the leave is approved, the color changes to a darker shade.

Canceling an already approved leave
If necessary, you can cancel an already approved leave, and the days will be restored. This is done by clicking the "Cancel Approved Leave" button.
All the days for which you have scheduled leave will be displayed. You need to check the ones you want to remove and click the "OK" button.
The selected days will be removed from your leave, and those days will be restored to the corresponding leave balance.
Only the days approved by your managers are displayed. Leave days that are pending approval are not shown.

If there are leave requests, they are displayed at the top of the page. If there are no leave requests, nothing is visible.
You can approve or reject the leave requests.
The history is saved for the entire period of using the system, organized by years and months. A table view is provided with all employees sorted by departments. You can select a month and year.
A table showing all leave for the selected month will be displayed.
Additionally, for better data representation, there is a calendar for the current year that shows all the days with requested leave and home office.
If you click on a day in the calendar, detailed information for that day will be displayed, including who is taking leave and what type of leave is being used.
